Following the success of various other promotional campaigns that we have run on behalf of Merlin Entertainments, they wanted us to deliver a nationwide ticket promotion for their hugely popular wax museum attraction in London, Madame Tussauds.
To apply for two free tickets worth over £95 to this major tourist attraction people have to collect tokens printed in The Sun newspaper, who are partners with Merlin, before then redeeming either via postal application or on the Sun Savers site. Once members have scanned the required codes on Sun Savers, a platform we created automatically sends them a unique code via email for booking their preferred dates.
Other key tasks we undertake as part of our end-to-end promotion service offering include; concept generation, integrating CRM systems and delivering customised email marketing campaigns. In its first year this promotion proved hugely successful and will therefore be back again this year by popular demand.
